Sarah is a British Sudanese artist currently based in Brooklyn, New York. She received her MFA in Graphic Design from the Yale School of art in 2023. Alongside pursuing her art practice, she currently works as a Visiting Assistant Professor at Pratt Institute. Sarah's research centers around her own culture, identity and interpersonal relationships. Her work is heavily inspired by themes of Islamic Philosophy, Arabic Poetry and her African heritage. Sarah’s visual practice is collage-like, kitsch and experimental in nature.
